- Always in the usual bowl filled with lukewarm water, add one to two tablespoons of baking soda;

- After having softened the skin of your toes using a foot bath, like those mentioned above, or a soapy water bath (with the possibility of adding a few drops of shower oil or for baby);
- We rub the heels and the big toe from bottom to top with the pumice stone, avoiding circular or back and forth movements. Don’t worry, it’s a completely painless technique provided you don’t force too much, the rubbing must be done gently.
- Rinse and completely dry the feet;

Need to further soften the skin of your feet? Why not do a gentle exfoliation as a complementary treatment following the exfoliation step.
Pamper them with a sugar scrub to regain baby skin effortlessly! After soaking for about twenty minutes, dry the feet with a towel and exfoliate with the following recipe:
- Mix 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (olive oil, sweet almond…), 1 tablespoon of honey and the juice of half a lemon;

Step 4: Hydrate and nourish

1. Shea butter
